Felco Industries, a manufacturer of excavator attachments, has appointed Shawn Skinner general manager. Skinner plans to diversity the company’s product lines, reduce lead times and increase manufacturing flexibility. A 1998 graduate of Montana State University, Skinner has worked in heavy rigging and transportation, steel erection, mining and milling operations.
