Wyco Tool launched the Sure Speed concrete vibrator at World of Concrete on Wednesday. The Sure Speed motor produces uniform and repeatable vibration, and the operator needs only one motor for any head and shaft combination. The design controls vibrator speed and lowers the amount of concrete bleeding.
“The Sure Speed is designed to decrease surface defects and improve efficiency,” said Dominic Caviello of Wyco Tool. “It stops over-speeding out of mix that is inherent in concrete vibrators.”
The unit features a lightweight, ergonomic design and has a “soft start” which improves brush life. Sure Speed eliminats the speed variations inherent with existing vibrators affected by motor size, head size, and shaft length. “We’ve taken a lot of the variability out of the tool,” said Wyco’s Paul Jaworski. “The operator can reduce patching and rework exponentially.”
