Volvo Trucks North America and the United Auto Workers (UAW) on March 18 reached a tentative agreement on terms of a new five-year agreement that would cover about 1,300 UAW members at the New River Valley, Va., plant.
Specific information about the proposed agreement is not being disclosed, pending ratification by the UAW Local #2069. At the time of this post on March 18, ratification meetings were still being scheduled by the UAW.
