Here is a small child with more excavator skills than most adults

This one takes “starting ’em young” to a whole new level.

With his feet about a foot off the floor of the cab, this kid still manages to swing a digger as well and maybe better than many adults I’ve seen hop in a machine. If the next generation takes any cues from this little guy, we won’t have to worry about a worker shortage for much longer.
