TrynEx International’s SP-1875 Bulk Pro Spreader

WARREN, Mich. – Designed specifically for snow and ice control, the SnowEx SP-1875 Bulk Pro from TrynEx International offers a two-stage auger system, independent spinner/auger controller, low-maintenance direct drive system and other exclusive features.

Ideal for maintaining roads, parking lots and driveways, the SP-1875 Bulk Pro features a simple two-stage auger system. This design assures a positive, steady feed of sand and other materials, eliminating the clogging and flow problems associated with other auger systems.  Also, the adjustable flow cone and standard hopper vibrator facilitate spreader material movement.

The unique independent spinner/auger controller makes the SP-1875 one of the most user-friendly spreaders on the market. This innovative cab-mounted controller allows for both independent spinner speed and flow volume calibration.  Spread width is infinitely variable from five to 30 feet.  A digital system status display and audible warning protection are also included with the controller

Built with a low-maintenance, direct-drive system, the SP-1875 offers trouble-free operation. With no belts, pulleys or chains, downtime is minimized. Mounted in a weather-tight enclosure, the direct-drive system is built to last with a dual-revolutionary, maximum-torque transmission.

The SP-1875 features a heavy-duty modular steel frame with a high-density polymer, UV-protected material hopper.  This durable construction holds up to nine cubic feet of material, which is moved by a welded-steel flighted auger system and spread with a 12-inch powder-coated steel spinner.  The compact, or easy-view, hopper has a low-profile design, keeping the vehicle’s rear window unobstructed and allowing for increased operator visibility and safety.

The spreader can be easily attached to any vehicle using a fixed or pivot mount available from TrynEx.  The innovative pivot mount requires no drill holes in the truck bed and allows the spreader to swing away, providing full tailgate or rear door access. Other optional accessories include a lighting kit for night operation and a hopper-top screen.
