Terex Roadbuilding North America restructures manufacturing facilities

Terex restructured its North American Roadbuilding manufacturing facilities in order to enable them to work more closely together. Terex made these alterations in an effort to improve equipment sales and customer service.

As part of this effort, Don Anderson, general manager of Terex Roadbuilding, assumes managerial responsibilities for all three North American road building equipment facilities, which are located in Canton, South Dakota; Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

In addition, Terex Roadbuilding North America realigned its field sales force to place focus on the factories. All Terex Roadbuilding district managers in North America now have sales responsibilities for all road building equipment.

David Rinas, director of sales and marketing for Terex Roadbuilding North America, is leading the new sales force. As part of the restructuring, Rinas, who has been the sales director for Terex front- and rear-discharge mixer trucks in Fort Wayne since 2009, additionally serves as interim site director of the Fort Wayne facility. His responsibilities include sales and support management throughout the United States and Canada for the entire Terex Roadbuilding asphalt and concrete equipment lines.
