More news today in the wake of Terex’s decision to sell certain Roadbuilding product lines to the Fayat Group.unit announced today that it would not be affected by the decision.

A range of crushing equipment and wheeled plants are included in the Terex MPS lineup, which originally joined Terex as part of the company’s Cedarapids acquisition in 1999.

MPS products are manufactured at the Terex facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Also manufactured in Oklahoma City are the reclaimer stablizer and material transfer lines that were sold to Fayat.

The MPS and Roadbuilding divisions have been “managed separately for several years,” according to the announcement, with Roadbuilding being managed by Terex Construction.

“Terex MPS will continue to build jaw crushers, cone crushers, impactors, and wheeled plants in OKC along with screens, feeders and VSI’s in our factory in Durand, MI as we have for years,” the announcement reads.  “Other segments of Terex will also continue operations at OKC.”
