Rotobec has launched its first line of construction breakers in the Monoblock RCB. The company is offering 8 models built without tie-rods, and 5 models built with tie-rods.

The RCB models without tie-rods are made for excavators weighing between .08 and 15 tons. Features include bushing-mounted pistons that extend cylinder life, diaphragm accumulators that require no recharging, hydraulic break on the piston and a polyurethane jacket that reduces impact vibration and lowers noise levels to 85 dB.

The five Tie-Rod models incorporate a heavy duty tie-rod assembly that allows for accessibility to internal components without the need to dismantle the assembly.

The Tie-Rod models fit excavators from 17 to 72 tons and offers simplified maintenance. Features include pistons mounted on three cylinders, a manual stroke adjuster and a hydraulic break on the piston that prohibits blank firing.
