RDO Equipment’s Riverside (Calif.) location moving into concrete work of Phase 2

John Deere dealer RDO Equipment is progressing along on Phase 2 at its new Riverside, California, location, with the placement of a concrete slab the last week of December.

“December is a crucial month for concrete work, the most important item being reinforcement and prep of the Phase 2 slab for placement,” says General Manager Duane Bonini. “One of our first major projects coming in the New Year is grinding and polishing the complete slab, scheduled to begin the week of January 18.”

Phase 2 work began in the fall of 2016, with Phase 1 work finished up in November.

One of the key features of the location, RDO reports, will be a water conservation system.

The site will inclue an 18-bay service shop using a ClearBlu Environmental system, which will recycle and filter water used for washing equipment so it can be resused continually.

“Especially considering the large service area we’ll have in this location, we know the ClearBlu system is going to have a major impact on reducing our overall water usage,” Bonini says.

RDO’s Riverside location will serve both the construction and agriculture markets in Riverside and Bernardino counties, with sales, rental and support for equipment from John Deere, Hitachi and Sakai for areas including the Inland Empire, Southern California, the High Desert and the Low Desert.
