More than $3,500 worth of copper piping that had already been installed was stolen from a construction site in Orem, Utah, last week, according to The Daily Universe. Detective John Geyerman of the Provo, Utah, police department says construction theft has become a serious issue in and around the Provo area, with reports occuring almost daily.
