Members of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association elected Frank Craddock, vice president of CEMEX in Houston, Texas, as chairman of the association’s board of directors. Henry Batten of Concrete Supply Company in Charlotte, North Carolina, was elected vice chairman and Tim Becken, Cemstone Products Company, of Mendota Heights, Minnesota, was elected secretary/treasurer for the 2008-2009 term.
Craddock has more than 28 years experience in the ready mixed concrete, cement and aggregate industries. Craddock has served on the NRMCA Board and Executive Committee for many years.
In addition to its new officers, NRMCA members also elected the following to serve on the board for three-year terms ending in 2011:
