Komatsu dealer Linder Industrial Machinery has opened a new facility in Kannapolis, North Carolina, according to a report by the Independent Tribune.

Equipped with 12 service bays, the 44,000-square-foot building has what the paper describes a “modern open floor plan and work stations, and a high-tech parts and warehouse efficiency system.”

Linder expects to employ 60 people at the facility, which can accommodate up to 120 employees.

“This new location will afford us the opportunity to build upon the growth Linder has achieved in the market while enhancing our ability to provide the full-service support our customers need,” said John Coughlin, Linder president and CEO, as quoted in the paper.

Linder also recently acquired Franz Tractor, a Kubota dealer in Bradenton, Florida. The acquisition was Linder’s second Kubota storefront, with Linder Turf & Tractor opening its first location in Burlington, North Carolina.

Linder Industrial Machinery was established in 1953 and offers new, used and rental equipment across 18 branch locations in South and North Carolina and Florida.
