Liebherr Construction Equipment has promoted Ana Cabiedes-Uranga to marketing and communications manager. Cabiedes-Uranga will be responsible for planning, implementing and communicating the company’s marketing efforts.
In her previous position as trade show & event manager, Cabiedes-Uranga was responsible for the planning and managing all Liebherr Construction Equipment events. She worked with senior management to develop a communications strategy across multiple media channels and platforms to promote events and the Liebherr brand.
Cabiedes-Uranga led the launch of the new trade show identity, brand positioning and integration of new technologies for customer engagement. As new methods of communication have become available, she has used social media to strengthen the brand identity and connect with customers.
Cabiedes-Uranga joined Liebherr in 2005 and has held multiple positions in the marketing department. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in marketing from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico City, Mexico.
