According to Jacobs, the company will provide TxDOT with construction, engineering and inspection services for the interchange improvements from the President George Bush Turnpike to Park Boulevard.
“We are pleased to continue our long-term relationship with TxDOT and look forward to working on these complex and much needed improvements in Collin County. Together with other planned improvements along US 75, this project will help enhance the safety and mobility of the traveling public in the region,” Jacobs Group vice president Randy Pierce said.
The project includes two direct connectors, a railroad bridge extension, new auxiliary lanes and the demolition and reconstruction of the Plano Parkway Bridge on U.S. 75. The project is set to be complete in three years.
