Sakai launches SmartEquip software system

Sakai America is using SmartEquip’s Parts and Service Manager to help its dealers with Web-based parts ordering and product support.

Parts and Service Manager provides a single platform for manufacturer service documentation and electronic commerce transactions. It delivers continually updated product information to users, including intelligent parts diagrams, parts pricing, equipment diagnostics, service manuals and equipment specifications. It also provides real-time parts availability information and transmits order data directly from customers to Sakai’s ordering system.
