Ditch Witch RT55 Tractor
March 31, 2008

Ditch Witch offers the Ditch Witch RT55 Tractor. The most compact of the company’s RT series, the RT55 successfully bridges the gap between mid-size and compact equipment. The RT55 is heavy-duty power and performance in a compact package. Designed primarily for work on utility, telecommunications, and landscape/irrigation projects, its quiet, 60-hp (45 kW), 2004-compliant Deutz engine produces cleaner emissions and minimal noise. This enables the operator to work longer hours in congested urban areas. The RT55 features the classic sloped hood of our other RT-series tractors, which improves visibility, says Bolay. This two-piece design allows complete access to the engine compartment, making it easy to perform service and daily maintenance. The RT55 features an integrated front cast weight that reduces counterweight requirements and helps provide superior balance when running attachments.
