Topcon Positioning Systems’ HiPer II is an integrated, dual-constellation (GPS + GLONASS) Real Time Kinematic (RTK) and static receiver for precise positioning technology in the survey, civil engineering, GIS, forensic mapping and construction industries. The new HiPer has fully customizable functionality and provides industry-leading flexibility to fit any survey requirement. The HiPer II provides the customer with the advantage of supporting both GPS and GLONASS signals. With a variety of choices of internal radios and cellular modem options, the unit’s flexibility gives the end user the choice of spread spectrum or digital UHF frequencies, and GSM or CDMA modems.  The HiPer II also provides expanded internal SD memory storage, and supports multiple field controllers and software solutions including TopSURV and Pocket-3D.
