Hendrickson Tiremaxx CP
November 5, 2007

Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems introduces Tiremaxx CP (constant pressure), a configuration of its automatic-tire inflation system for trailers. With the launch of Tiremaxx CP, the original Tiremaxx name becomes Tiremaxx EC (Electronic Control). Tiremaxx CP features a simple mechanical design, while TIREMAAX EC provides full-system programming and monitoring. The Tiremaxx systems draw from the trailer air supply to help keep trailer tires properly inflated and rolling smoothly. Tiremaxx CP continually checks tire pressure without pressurizing the axle or wheel ends and employs a pneumatic controller to direct air to tires that fall below a preset pressure level. A signal light illuminates only when attention is required to alert the operator of tire or system leaks. The CP requires no special tools to adjust tire pressure settings and operates on either 12- or 24-volt electrical systems.
