Ennis Paint Purchases Company in Australia

Dallas, Texas, December 11, 2009 – Ennis Paint, a leading global provider of pavement marking materials and traffic safety products has announced it has purchased a majority share in G.T. Industries, a manufacturer of pavement marking materials in Australia.

Bryce Anderson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ennis Paint, said: “We’re very excited to formally enter the Australian market and to do it with such a proven company as G.T. Industries. This facility will service not only Australia, but New Zealand and the nearby islands and will be complementary to our operations in Southeast Asia.”

The facility is located in Ingleburn, New South Wales, about 50 kilometers south of Sydney, and produces waterborne paint, thermoplastic coatings, preformed thermoplastic, cold plastic (MMA) coatings, and anti products produced in the United States and Europe.
