Case SR175 auction

Case has partnered with the AMSOIL World Championship Snowmobile Derby to auction off a brand new SR175 skid steer.

The blind auction begins today at noon CST and will end at 5 p.m. CST on Friday, January 24. Bidding will start at $15,000 and you can place bids at www.casece.com/sslauction. All proceeds from the loader’s sale will benefit the United Way.

Case says the loader is autographed by champions of the snowmobile derby dating back to the very first one back in 1964.The winner that year was Stan Hayes who was then 13 years old. The event is held each year in Eagle River, Wisconsin and draws more than 40,000 spectators each year.

In addition to the SR175 for auction, CASE also supplied the event with a variety of skid steers, compact track loaders and wheel loaders to help build the snow course and keep it maintained throughout the three-day event.

The SR175 features Case’s maintenance-free, 67-horsepower Tier 4 Final engine that boasts 21 percent more torque and 12 percent more horsepower than its predecessor. The SR175 has a rated operating capacity of 1,750 pounds.
