Bandit dealer expands to N.Y., Pa.; new Fla. dealer announced
Anderson Equipment Co. will now offer Bandit tree chippers and grinders in New York and parts of Pennsylvania.
Bandit also announced that Hoistlift of Fort Myers, Florida, has become its newest authorized dealer. Hoistlift will provides sales, service and parts for all Bandit hand-fed chippers and stump grinders, including the new 12XPC and 15XPC utility chippers and the ZT1844 track stump grinder.
Anderson has been the authorized dealer for Bandit whole tree chippers and The Beast horizontal grinder in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. It now will provide sales and services of Bandit products in all five states.
Liebherr opens Calif. facility for crane sales and service
Liebherr USA has expanded to California with a new facility to provide sales, service and repair of new and used cranes and piling and drilling rigs.
The move is part of the company’s strategy to expand into the western U.S. market.
The company’s Mobile and Crawler Cranes Division and its Crawler Cranes and Foundation Equipment Division will also operate out of the new Lodi facility, which is 84 miles west of San Francisco.
Takeuchi expands US dealer network with Trenchers Plus
Takeuchi-US has selected Trenchers Plus in Burnsville, Minnesota, as a new dealer to sell and rent its full lineup of equipment.
Since 1988, Trenchers Plus has served the underground equipment industries with sales and rentals of trenchers and directional drills. Though specializing in underground equipment, the dealer also sells and rents construction and landscaping equipment nationwide.
60-year-old Vermont equipment supply company to fold
Kibby Equipment, a construction supply company that has been a fixture in Vermont for 60 years, closed September 15, according to the Valley News.
William Shambo Sr., 85, who started working at the store in White River Junction in 1957 as a parts salesman, has owned the business with his wife, Phyllis, since 1985.
