Freightliner Trucks honors “elite” salespeople

Freightliner Trucks has named “Elite status” to its top 44 sales professionals and seven sales managers. They’ll be honored at a special awards ceremony early next year.

The 44 have been recognized with “Elite” status as part of Freightliner’s annual Leland James Elite Sales Achievement program.

Created in 2003 in honor of Freightliner Trucks’ founder, Leland James, the program recognizes and rewards outstanding sales results from dealer sales professionals throughout the United States and Canada.

New Canadian JCB dealer will offer new, used and rental construction equipment

Westcon Equipment, headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, is joining JCB’s growing North American dealer network.

Now known as Westcon JCB, the dealership will sell, rent and service JCB equipment from branches in Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Winnipeg, Manitoba, the companies say.

“Westcon is continually looking for new product lines, and we are pleased to now represent JCB construction products in Saskatchewan and Manitoba,” says Brian Brown, president and CEO of Westcon Equipment.

Bill Cox is the new sales director for Terex Cranes North America. He’ll work with senior management to set and drive equipment sales strategy throughout the United States and Canada, lead sales team and interact with Terex Cranes distributors and customers, the company says.

ASV adds National First Equipment of Ohio to fast expanding dealer network

ASV Holdings, Inc., manufacturer of all-purpose and all-season compact track loaders and skid steers, has added National First Equipment, LLC of Berea, Ohio, to its dealer network.

National First Equipment rents, sells and services a variety of used compact construction equipment, including mini excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, backhoes and ASV’s full line of skid-steer loaders.
