BroganKobelco Construction Machinery USA has named Matt Brogan as a dealer field service representative.
Brogan has served as a service technician for the past nine years. The company believes his expertise in assessing field matters and performing technical training will provide a boost to dealer service support.
“The addition of Matt highlights Kobelco’s commitment to providing dealers and customers with superior product support and onsite service,” says national service manager George Lumpkins. “Matt has extensive experience in the field and displays a passion for the industry. We’re excited to have him as part of the Kobelco USA team.”
In his role, Brogan will hold weekly technical calls and regular visits with each dealer in his region and provide support on the sales and service of Kobelco excavators.
