AGC of North Dakota awards scholarships to students in construction programs

The Associated General Contractors of North Dakota‘s (AGCND) Education Committee awarded 32 scholarships totaling more than $57,000 for the 2017-2018 school year to outstanding students enrolled in North Dakota post-secondary construction programs, The Jamestown Sun reports.

The following students from the Jamestown area received scholarships:

  • Michael Kelly — North Dakota State University, $1,500 Diederich Scholarship;
  • Nicholas Schmidt — $1,500 AGC Scholarship; and
  • Kyle Andrews, Jacob Heinz, Juwle Nagbe, and Benjamin Roth — North Dakota State College of Science, $750 AGC Scholarship

AGC of North Dakota has awarded approximately $100 million in scholarships since the program began.
