Advance registrations for ConExpo-Con/Agg, IFPE 2011 expositions open

Advance registration is now open for the CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE 2011 expositions. One registration allows access to the exhibits of both shows, and advance registration saves more than 35 percent off the onsite rates.

Attendees can also register in advance for the shows’ many educational opportunities as well as obtain housing accommodations. You must first register for the show to obtain a hotel reservation in the official show room block. Select hotels in the room block are offering “early bird” rates for attendees registering for the show and reserving a room by Aug. 31, 2010. The rates are on average 24 percent off the hotel group rates.

Advance registration ends Feb. 21, 2011. The co-located shows run March 22-26, 2011 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, with a focus on construction, construction materials and fluid power/power transmission/motion control.

Exhibitors have already taken more than 2 million net square feet of space to showcase their latest equipment, products and technologies. “Show visitors will find the leading U.S. and global manufacturers and service providers with technical experts ready to discuss product features and applications,” noted Megan Tanel, AEM’s vice president of exhibitions. “In the space of a few days, in one place, visitors can examine the best of what the industry has to offer.”

Attendees will find more focused industry education and certification programs at the shows than ever before. “They’ll have access to the latest techniques and information to help them run their businesses most efficiently, especially in these economic times,” added Melissa Magestro, IFPE show director. “The shows provide an invaluable opportunity to make industry connections from around the world to exchange experiences and ideas.”
