The show websites offer an interactive “show planner” that attendees can use to organize their onsite visits to exhibit booths, attendance at education sessions and meetings with exhibitors. Online planning tools will also include an Industry Leaders Directory and New Products & Technologies Preview to help attendees more easily connect with the products and people they want to see on the show floor.
The co-located 2012 World of Asphalt and AGG1 will be held March 13-15, 2012 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, N.C.
“The shows have grown in size and scope of what’s on display,” Show Director Melissa Magestro said in a written statement. “We want to make it as convenient as possible for attendees to make the most of their time onsite.”
With the “show planner” feature, attendees can compile a “must-see” personalized itinerary, searching for exhibitors by company name, type of product or booth number and location on the show floor. They can add education sessions and meetings to their schedule and update it pre-show and onsite.
The online Industry Experts Directory will list exhibitor company executives and designers who will be onsite and ready to answer attendee questions about the products and technologies on display. The New Products & Technologies Preview will feature exhibitor submissions of their latest innovations that will be on the show floor.
World of Asphalt and AGG1 show visitors can go online to register in advance for exhibits and education (saving time and money) as well as book hotel rooms, make travel arrangements and check out the amenities and attractions of the host city of Charlotte, North Carolina. International visitors will find information about the U.S. visa application process and can access the shows’ U.S. visa assistance and invitation letter program.
AGG1 and World of Asphalt feature the latest technologies and products, extensive industry-focused education and plenty of networking opportunities for aggregates, asphalt, highway/street, pavement maintenance and traffic safety professionals.
