Working out of state? Lien laws get complicated

If you are thinking about expanding your work to incude states other than the state you’re licensed in, you best do your homework first. There are a lot of variances in licensing laws, lien’s and contracts from state to state.

Here’s a resource on state lien laws ^[1] we found recently that should be of some help.
