Winter Safety Step 8: Equip the proper protection for vibration tools

There have been many incidents in the past were a person has suffered as a result of using machinery that vibrates. This can include things like noise induced hearing loss etc. Make sure that your team are given the correct safety equipment to protect their ears from this type of damage.

It’s also important that you provide them with all the necessary safety equipment to ensure they are protected in the best way possible for every job that they do. Provide gloves, waterproofs, helmet, eye protection, face and nose mask as well as the correct overalls to ensure that they stay warm and safe throughout their time on the construction site.
