Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin WACKER™s new CRT 36 ride on trowel series offers the choice of two engine options and a patent-pending integrated wheel kit. WACKER is the first manufacturer in the United States to offer the factory-installed wheel kit option providing easy transportation of the trowel around the job site and shop floor. When the machine is in operation on the slab, the wheels are safely tucked underneath the unit and do not obstruct the operator™s view. One person can easily raise and lower the wheels by a single jack.
Two engine options are available¦the CRT 36-25 comes with a 25-hp WACKER engine and the CRT 36-24A has a 24-hp Honda engine. Each engine option is available with or without the factory-installed wheel kit option. The new center engine design offers better visibility and the compact, heavy-duty frame provides a more solid feel for the operator and allows easy access to the slab edges. This new design also includes isolated engine mountings which significantly decreases noise and vibration to the operator. The CRT 36 series offers one of the highest blade speeds, from 20 to 165 rpm, available on a ride-on trowel contributing to a more productive machine for panning, finishing and burnishing.
The CRT 36 series offers a correct power-to-weight ratio and an ergonomically designed twin lever control reduces the amount of force needed to control unit, while still providing excellent maneuverability and feedback from concrete conditions for better floating and high production finishing jobs. A unique variable clutch provides proper torque and speed range to match concrete conditions, without mechanical adjustments. Front and rear lighting system provides accuracy and better visibility on dimly lit job sites. These operator-friendly machines feature a sliding adjustable operator™s seat for reduced fatigue and greater comfort.
WACKER™s easy to operate CRT 36 series ride-on trowels offer accurate and highly productive floating and finishing for large concrete surfaces and super flat floors (F#). WACKER is backing all CRT 36 series ride-on trowels with a two-year complete warranty.
