A demolition crew in the final stages of a job in Houston watched in horror as it came to crashing halt.
According to a report from KHOU TV, a parking garage being torn down along Highway 59 suddenly collapsed Feb. 9 as two excavators worked in close proximity.
As you can see in the video below by YouTube user drewgriz, the structure suddenly falls atop one of the excavators and narrowly misses the other. The company in charge of the project, Cherry Demolition, told KHOU that both excavator operators walked away unharmed from the incident. And somehow, the equipment saw no major damage.
Cherry told the station it planned to continue work as planned.
