Vermeer’s new S800TX gas-powered mini skid steer digs 48-inch-deep trenches

Trench up to 48 inches deep with Vermeer’s S800TX mini skid steer, which also handles landscaping jobs and has a universal attachment plate to ensure suitability for a range of applications.

The S800TX features a 40-horsepower Kubota EFI gas engine that offers benefits such as lower fuel consumption, easy maintenance and improved starting.

The mini-skid steer has an 840-pound SAE-rated operating capacity and 2,400-pound tipping capacity, while delivering 88.5 foot-pounds of torque. Features include a single, pilot-operated joystick, spring-cushioned platform and integrated operator presence system.

A number of attachments will fit the machine, which has an optional dual auxiliary system that provides the operator with dedicated high- and low-flow circuits.
