The Terex Aerial Work Platforms segment of Terex sold its generator product line to Cummins Power Generation for an undisclosed amount. The company says the sale comes as an overall strategic plan to put more focus on the aerial equipment business.
Warranty for Terex units will continue through the end of 201. Terex AWP will continue parts support for 180 days from the date of sale, after which Cummins will assume ownership.
