Sukut breaks ground on border fence

Sukut Construction, Southern California’s largest excavating company, has started groundbreaking on a 32 foot wide, 5.2 mile section of road that will become a high-tech, high security fence between Mexico and the United States. If anybody wonders why it’s taken so long to build a border fence, check out the picture at the link. This is pretty rugged territory.
