The new yard is located at 7809 N. Highway 301 in Tampa and will stock trench boxes, road plates, sheet piling, temporary roadway mats and other excavation and structural shoring equipment.
“In the past, we’ve been able to service our Tampa area customers from our Orlando depot,” said Joe Atkinson, Mabey’s regional sales manager for the area. “This new location means shorter delivery times to Florida’s West Coast contractors and jobsites. The contractors will now have better access to our engineering and site tech services.”
Sheet piling and frames are ready now in varying sizes. Trench boxes are available in two or four sided configurations with panel lengths up to 24’ and Mabey’s 8’x14’, interlocking roadway mats provide a stable work surface on some of Tampa’s softest and wettest grounds.
