More green trucks are on the agenda for 2010. Smith Electric Vehicles announced today it plans to assemble all electric, zero emission commercial vehicles at a new assembly plant in Kansas City, Missouri.
The plant will be located at Kansas City International Airport and is expected to create 120 jobs. Production of SEV’s battery-electric powered vehicles will begin late in the third quarter of this year.
