Sany SMG 200 Motor GraderSany will launch three motor graders in North America next year, according to a report from our sister site Better Roads.
Citing an interview Sany Road Machinery chairman Xie Zhixia chairman gave to KHL’s International Rental News, Better Roads says the SMG 160, SMG 200 and SMG 230 motor graders will be assembled in Sany’s plant near Atlanta, Georgia.
The graders, which the company plans to unveil at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2014 in March, are all powered by Tier 4 Cummins engines.
Sany’s Road division expects to double its amount of total revenue generated through exports to 30 percent by adding North America. It expects that total to grow to 40 percent within five years.
