Sany Heavy Indsutry, along with privite equity firm Citic PE Advisors, have bought 100 percent of German concrete pump producer Putzmeister Holding GmbH.

Citic will be a minority shareholder. Details of the financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed. Putzmeister will remain an independent brand.
