A construction worker in Colorado was killed last week after suffering a fall.
According to a report from KDVR TV, 39-year-old Tereso Zamarippa-Hernandez was one of two roofers working atop the Village at the Peaks Mall in Longmont August 31 when he fell through a hole in the roof covered with plywood.
He fell to a concrete floor below and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the incident.
