All covered employers are required by OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1903.2 to display the poster in a conspicuous place where employees can read it. If an older version is already posted, there is no requirement to replace it.

For employers in a state with an OSHA-approved state plan, a state version of the poster may be available. Federal government agencies must use the Federal Agency poster.

The poster can be obtained by phone by calling (800) 321-6742 or (202) 693-1888, by ordering a print copy from OSHA’s publications page or by downloading a copy here.

For downloadable versions, the poster must be reproduced at a size of at least 8.5 inches by 14 inches with 10-point type. The poster is also available in Spanish, Korean, Nepali, Chinese, Polish and Portuguese.
