The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) has scheduled one of two Handling Concrete Specifications, Low Strength Problems and Mixture Submittals courses for engineers and architects to be held April 4 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The one-day course focuses on the code and specification requirements governing ready mixed concrete, as well as specification revisions for performance and cost benefits.
Registrants who complete this course can earn 8 Professional Development Hours, for which they will receive a certificate of completion. This course also fulfills some of the requirements for NRMCA’s STEPS Certified Concrete Professional program. Registration fee is $295.
The second workshop is scheduled for March 20 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Each workshop features the same topics and events.
