The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) has scheduled one of two Handling Concrete Specifications, Low Strength Problems and Mixture Submittals courses for engineers and architects to be held March 20 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The one-day course focuses on the code and specification requirements governing ready mixed concrete, as well as specification revisions for performance and cost benefits.
Registrants who complete this course can earn 8 Professional Development Hours, for which they will receive a certificate of completion. This course also fulfills some of the requirements for NRMCA’s STEPS Certified Concrete Professional program. Registration fee is $295.
The second workshop is scheduled for April 4 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Each workshop features the same topics and events.
