New Holland debuts EH Series excavators

New Holland’s new EH Series of excavators feature a long undercarriage and heavy counterweight for enhanced stability. A Heavy Lift command switch increases hydraulic pressures by 10 percent when handling large pipes, trench boxes, underground storage tanks or other heavy loads. The new line has three models, ranging from 32,192- to 47,000 pounds. The largest is the EC16 LC, which New Holland says has the highest lifting capacity in its weight
class. It is powered by a Mitsubishi 6D34-TLED diesel engine with an automatic warm-up system that cuts the time needed to bring the engine and hydraulic system up to optimum performance levels.
