Lameberton, Minnesota – copper wire

The Redwood County Sheriff’s office of southwestern Minnesota estimate about $35,000 worth of copper wire has been stolen from a construction site. The material was taken from Highwater Ethanol’s construction site near Lamberton, which is about 40 miles from Marshall. The theft occurred on Sunday, June 1, but authorities waited to announce the theft hoping someone would provide a report of suspicious activities around the site.
