Giving its dealers and technicians digital access to frequently referenced materials on a number of devices, Kohler Engine has launched a new online platform called iService.

Launched at the International Construction & Utility Equipment Expo today, the service provides quick access to equipment manuals, help desk support, parts ordering, educational resources, warranty information, troubleshooting tips and more.

The service’s owners and service manuals feature built-in animations to guide techs through difficult tasks and an Online Academy keeps them well versed on Kohler’s KDI engines. It also features direct access to factory updates.

Techs can advance through different levels of the Online Academy by completing a test at the end of various sections.

Kohler says iService can be pulled up through a browser on a computer and also on smartphones and tablets. Dealers can call 1-800-544-2444 to learn more about accessing the service.
