but I think we have a long way to go before the reported fears of Champaign Illinois, city engineer come to pass, as you’ll see here. City Engineer Roland White is fretting that once the stimulus money starts flowing, the availability of asphalt and concrete will dry up, driving up prices. Still, it’s weird to realize we’re actually thinking of 2008’s Summer of High Prices as the good ol’ days.
