IronDirect sales partner program aims to bring on independent heavy equipment sales professionals

Expanding on its recently announced North American dealer partner program, IronDirect has now launched a sales partner program aimed at independent sales professionals.

“Since our launch in September, IronDirect has received a tremendous response about our business model and numerous inquiries from parties interested in partnering with us as we transform how construction equipment is marketed, sold and serviced,” says Joe Krider, vice president of sales.

“To accommodate this interest and as part of our growth plan, we are excited to offer independent, seasoned sales executives the formal opportunity to partner with the IronDirect team,” he adds. “You set your hours, you decide how much you want to do. Sell one unit or 100, it’s up to you. Whether you are at the beginning of your career and want to make this your full time job, or retired and looking to stay in the game from time to time, we want to talk to you.”

IronDirect’s sales thrust will come from its online presence at IronDirect.com, described as an Amazon-like e-commerce site for heavy equipment. Initial products available at the site include Lonking excavators and wheel loaders, Shantui dozers, Paladin attachments and Berco undercarriage components.

The company asks those interested to apply online, followed by a “user-friendly” interview process. Approved sales partners will then go through a hands-on training event set for Nov. 16 at IronDirect’s Customer Experience Center in Asheville, North Carolina. The company says earning potential is up to 4 percent straight commission.
