Hertz expands in Oklahoma

Hertz Equipment Rental [1] has acquired Pioneer Equipment Rental & Sales in Oklahoma. The Ponca City-based company, which has 10 branches in Oklahoma and another in north Texas, focuses on rental to the construction, rental and energy markets and serves the Oklahoma, southern Kansas and north Texas areas.
Pioneer Rental is expected to add $25 million of annual revenue to Hertz, and the acquisition will be accretive to Hertz’s 2012 earnings.
In addition to rentals, Pioneer also extensive repair and maintenance programs with comprehensive parts, inventories, mobile service, planned maintenance and fleet management.
