Hello Tier 5: court rules CO2 a health hazard

The major media gave this scant coverage yesterday, but this ruling is likely to have a huge impact on the construction and transportation industries.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Colombia ruled that carbon dioxide was a public danger and that the Environmental Protection Agency has the right to regulate and restrict it.

The ruling allows the EPA to proceed to make rules restricting CO2 emissions from cars and light trucks.
