HCSS launches new safety application

Safety Application Hcss1Construction software developer HCSS (www.hcss.com) has launched a new safety application geared specifically to construction companies.  The safety application is a stand-alone product that integrates seamlessly with HCSS’s HeavyJob Job Management Software and other HCSS products.

Foremen and project engineers who are already entering time-card information into HeavyJob can quickly and easily enter safety-related information into the new safety application.  “It requires just a few extra ‘clicks,’ for example, for the foreman or project engineer to record that an individual has attended a safety meeting,” explained Mike Rydin, HCSS president.  “It’s also very simple for project engineers and foremen to maintain and achieve the safety goals that have been established by the company’s safety officers.”

Construction companies use the safety application to track and report all job-level safety information and manage historical safety data for each job in one location.  The product also helps the company manage individual employees’ safety compliance, certification and training.   A dashboard displays the key indicators of the company’s safety program across all jobs instantly, and alerts management to areas that require immediate attention.

An incident management feature simplifies capture, classification and documentation of recordable incidents for company analysis and the OSHA Form 300 log of work-related injuries and illnesses.  Companies can use the safety application as a central location to schedule trainings, inspections and other safety-related activities.

Money-Back Guarantee

The safety application is covered by the same money-back guarantee that applies to HCSS’s other software products.  The guarantee has one condition:  the customer must take the recommended amount of training.  If the customer decides to return the product for any reason within 12 months after the purchase and subsequent training, the cost of the software will be refunded in full. The training cost is non-refundable.
