Construction thefts occurred in several parts of Montana around mid-September when $100,000 worth of construction tools and equipment was taken from the construction sites of a Lowe’s and a Costco, according to The Associated Press. More than $50,000 of equipment was also taken from several jobsites in the Missoula area, in addition to $37,000 worth of tools stolen from two Great Falls construction sites.
Almost all contents of a tool trailer in Belt were also taken, totaling nearly $6,000.
